I know I am not the easiest person to coach, but Coach Jack knows the perfect balance of patience and persistence. He caters to my own style of communication and tells me what I NEED to hear. Coach Jack is absolutely fantastic! He is incredibly supportive and made every session feel so encouraging. His enthusiasm and passion for teaching kept me motivated and excited to learn. He explained concepts clearly and always had a fun, engaging approach. I couldn’t have asked for a better online experience. 5 out of 5 stars—highly recommended!

In the modern world full of mass misinformation it’s of such high importance to be working with someone you can trust to filter out the B/S, and keep you focussed on what’s important to you and your specific goals. Jack navigates this naturally, combining detailed knowledge with a strong sense of ethics and morality. He has helped me put together a complete program, including both mechanics and nutrition, which has worked on my schedule and seen constant improvement since day one. Jack has always been there when I needed direction, be it with just a quick technical tip, or motivation on a deeper level.

I’ve worked with Jack as my nutritional and fitness coach for over a year, and he helped me get in the best shape I’ve been in! I am located in the USA and there were no issues with regards to the location/time difference. Everything planned out via app. He offered such great explanations and encouragement, without being judgmental and harsh. He was understanding of various issues and how modifications can be made as needed. I enjoyed the personalization and recommendations based on my body, equipment available, and abilities. If I ever need the assistance of nutritional coach again, I would definitely consider Jack.

Jack is the best coach I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve hired several over the years. He leads by example, being aspirational while still approachable and down to earth. Having been vegan for so long he’s bursting with knowledge, experience, and a passion for health and fitness that’s contagious. When challenges came up, Jack was all about non-judgement and solutions. His ability to help me hold myself accountable is what finally got me to the goals I’d been wanting to reach for years! I would recommend Jack’s coaching to anyone!

Seriously, if you’re looking for a vegan weight loss coach, Jack is amazing! I was struggling with gym consistency, and he really helped me work through the mental blocks. That made all the difference! I lost 10 pounds while working with him, and another 10 after, thanks to everything he taught me. He’s super knowledgeable and also a great guy who knows how to make your meals delicious and training fun, which is key! I can’t recommend him enough!
